Register for a Local Blueprint Cohort

We’re excited you’re taking the next step toward joining a local Blueprint cohort! To get started, please complete the registration form below.

Registration Fee

A $200 registration fee is required to confirm your spot in the program. This fee helps support the behind-the-scenes work that makes Blueprint possible—everything from program development to infrastructure and mobilization efforts. Thanks to generous support from NC Baptists and local churches, much of the cost is subsidized, allowing us to offer a high-quality, sustainable experience at a significantly reduced rate.

Certificate of Completion

Residents who successfully complete the 10-month Blueprint cohort will receive a Certificate of Completion.

To be eligible, residents must:

Attend at least 7 of the 9 monthly cohort gatherings
Participate in at least 7 of the 9 pastoral coaching sessions (Track One only)
While not required, residents are strongly encouraged to attend one of the two Blueprint Road Trips during the year

I am committing to attend monthly cohort gatherings and pastoral coaching sessions (track one only), recognizing that occasional absences may happen due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
I am strongly encouraged to participate in other parts of the program including: leadership development in the local church (as is applicable), one or both annual Blueprint road trips.

I will come to cohort gatherings with a collaborative, kingdom-minded spirit—ready to learn, participate, and will do my best prepare for sessions (as per instructions provided).
