Blueprint operates as a ministry of Metrolina Baptist Association in partnership with NC Baptist and Baptist Associations and local churches across the state.
OUR MISSION
Blueprint exists to prepare, connect, and mobilize new and aspiring pastors across North Carolina for faithful ministry. We aim to help equip early-career pastors, church revitalizers, planters, lay elders, and men aspiring to pastoral ministry with the tools and relationships they need to launch well and thrive in ministry.
WHAT WE DO
Blueprint is a pastor-led initiative, rooted in the local church. It is shaped and led by pastors who actively shepherd churches in North Carolina—offering contextualized equipping that speaks directly to the challenges and opportunities of ministry in different corners of our state.
Blueprint is generously supported by NC Baptist, operates in partnership with local Baptist associations, and is strengthened by local churches across North Carolina that are committed to raising up the next generation of gospel-centered leaders.
Through monthly cohort gatherings, personalized pastoral coaching, and strategic partnerships, we help rising leaders develop practical ministry strategies and build meaningful, lasting relationships. Our training is deeply relational, intentionally local, and focused on helping pastors grow in faithfulness.
